Does anyone know whether the Las Vegas MGM Grand show on Nov 11 2006 is available on CD or DVD? It was a really great show, and I would love to have a copy. Thanks.

Nah, N.E., all us non-Dutch speakers just need to learn how to call Ralf a f--king leech who is nothing but a cancer on the IORR site in Dutch, that's all! The kid (Ralf's gotta be a kid) is absolutely incorrigable- must have something like 200 posts now and I bet most of 'em are demands that we either upload something he's looking for or his demand that we upload it just the way HE wants it...
