Thank you very much for the post.

Anyway it seems that the part 4 is missing, since the following tracks are unavailable:

111 Tumbling Dice
112 It's Only Rock'n'Roll
113 Heartbreaker

Yes you're right - it's the 28th. I got this in a trade trade from Kris Hendrikson and it must have been given to me in error.

That means we're still looking for 27th.

210 - Sympathy for the Devil

mmmh... according to my files, SFTD was not played in Detroit.

When I find the time I'll check it and revert.

I have this one :

and I think that 206 to 209 are from New York,26th june 75, according to the artwork of "the missing jewels"

You are correct - SFTD is from another source.

Let's have other opinions about the last tracks and compare them to other shows.

Thanks anyway Strettonbull

Just doing a bit of research about when they played Cherry Oh Baby.

The track listing best matches up with 23rd June 1975 MSG, but they played Angie there and it's not on this post. Also the source is definitely different from my 23/06, as MJ's talking is different.

So as it stands, it's an unknown show.

According to Nico, Cherry Oh Baby was played on the 27/06
According to Karnbach, Cherry Oh Baby was played on the 26/06 and 27/06

However, Angie was also played on both nights too

Cheers

You`re not right!

"Cherry Oh Baby" was played only on 23/06/75; 27/06/75
and 07/07/76!!!
Not 26/06/75!!!

Angie was played on many other 75`shows

Rocks Off!

OK before it turns into a war could this one stem from the OLD Jap double cd on "Hot Lips" which included the Detroit radio tape with, culled at the end of cd2, several rare trax from June 27. Hence the inclusion of CoBaby and SFTD smoking smiley

Then someone might have reorganized the song order to match what was played in 75...

I've just listened cd1, Mick talks about Detroit and Cobo hall,it seems OK. But for Cherry oh baby, looks like the one they played in New York,I think it has been added.

So the cover should say 28th July? If so this thread can be deleted.

Thanks dcba and midnrambler.

But before I burn this one, what about the tracks:

206 Midnight Rambler
207 Rip this Joint
208 Street Fighting Man
209 Jumping Jack Flash

which don't appear on "can't forget the motor city" (see my post above).
Are they from 28/07/75 ?

Thanks in advance

Yes, July 28. (Detroit = CD1, 1-13 & CD2, 1-5, rest NYC)

Don't know this release but these 4 tracks from July 28 are available only in very poor quality. Possibly that's them.
