Just came home from work and I'm sorry for causing so much trouble.
I cannot reach C.H. on the phone right now, but as far as I remember, for unpacking stuff he is a fan of "7zip", which you can download here:

in German:
[www.chip.de]
As far as I understand, you must download both Megaupload files and open them with 7zip into one folder.
I'm sorry, but I don't have 7zip installed either, as I'm not so much interested in these Steel Wheel sessions.
So please try again, and will see if I can get him on the phone in the near future!

This link is for win 98 to Vista. But I think you can use 32 bit - just dl. The only think that can happend is, that it dos´nt run. But 64 bit wont work for you.
