Uploading On Dimedozen

I,ve uploaded here before. I would like a fool´s guide to upload on Dime the torrent site. Had a read of their wiki. Seems a bit over the top. Any help results in me uploading torrents. Or something like that. Thankies in large amounts.

Jagger50, thanks for starting the post. I have the same questions. VERY complicated.

I'm also kind of stunned about the worry on Dime about 'lossy' formats. Some boots (especially audience stuff) are so flat to begin with I am not sure they degrade at all at a 320 MP3 or even dropping to 192 kb.
