Both shows the movie is made from are available completely in exc. soundboard quality:
Tempe (Phoenix) Dec. 13, 1981: Satisfaction Guaranteed (VGP-136)
East Rutherford Nov. 05, 1981: Down The Road Apiece (VGP-303)
So there is no need for a soundtrack of all those truncated tracks of the movie.

I did as Midnrambler suggested and made a CDR of the tracks from SATISFACTION GUARANTEED and JERSEY DEVIL discs 1 & 2. It sounds great--even better than the Wolfgang's Vault shows from this tour, but as Sugar Brown notes there are times where the film tracks are superior. The edits are more annoying with the second half of the film starting with "Tumbling Dice." Edits apart, Bob Clearmountain's mixing is great. There also appears to be a fair amount of studio overdubs (guitars and vocals). Pity we can't have GlimmerTwin78's audio rip. Maybe ABKCO and Promotone's attorneys should work on setting up Paypal through HOT STUFF to allow us to download official releases that are only available on DVD as MP3 or FLAC files. Ditto material under copyright that is no longer for sale. One can dream, I suppose.
