It's a microphone, one guitar and a little drum kit in a cramped studio, probably at an ungodly a.m. hour. Its just a shout from fans to Mick Jagger on his b'day. I bet Jagger dug it.

Here is a great 21st century one-man-band guy with a heavy metal interpretation theme. I think he is from Norway and he puts effort into the production of his videos also.
