Detroit show last night.
Holy shit, these guys rock! I've only seen them live twice now, the first time being the SARS show in Toronto.
Every band in the land, and I do mean EVERY band, should see this tour and learn something. The guitars are loud, up front, and awesome. The stage is fantastic. All in all, one of the great ones I've ever seen.

On a funny side note, Brian called us "Cleveland" twice. Half way thru the show, he realized the error of his ways and apologized. It was the classic, "Hello Cleveland!" Detroit doesn't take too kindly to that type of mistake.
Also, Brian made a comment congratulating American on "getting a new boss" The entire place booed. Loudly. In Detroit, don't mix politics with Rock and Roll. At least, ACDC fans in this town must not have voted for Obama! Brian certainly was suprised by the reaction he received. On With The Show!

This is a little off subject but...how can I get ahold of the studio tracks from the Australian versions of High Voltage (I know about Jailbreak '74) as well as TNT in their proper context - or at all - on CD? Do those songs that are not on the US editions even exist on CD?

In the mid-90ies, I purchased the australian Albert records CDs of High Voltage, TNT, Dirty Deeds and Highway To Hell.
They were not easy to find in these days. Now you have internet but I don't even know if the australian tracks and covers were re-issued as they were by then. TNT exists, but I think High Voltage has lost the original artwork, even in Australia.

Caught AC DC again this time in my hometown of Washington DC... amazingly good show..really fun and the crowd really got into it (rare for DC)....i as usual had security guards right next to me so i couldn't film as much as i wanted but i got a little video goodie for you all.. i posted it here: jj

Just got back to Blighty from a week in Manhattan. Caught both shows and they were both MIGHTY

No other band comes anywhere close in the 'live' arena

We got Philly tonight ! Is the Answer worth getting in early for? What time has AC/DC been going on stage?
