Imagine that the folks at Universal have said "Mick, what do you call your fantastic new album?" and Mick looks at them like a deer in the headlights because he has no f---ing idea WHAT to call it. So he turns to the fans at IORR to see if THEY have any suggestions.

Here's mine:

"Going Down Swinging"

It's got an oral sex reference (THAT'S what the tongue logo is all about, really)

It's got a sports reference (not at all uncommon in Stones songs, and they seem especially fond of using boxing jargon as metaphors when writing about their relationships)

It's got a music reference that includes a tribute to Charlie, who, as we all know, swings.

It's a title that could be taken to mean many different things. It could mean having oral sex with someone who is not your wife or husband, or, on a somewhat deeper level, it could refer to the kind of music that I HOPE will be on the album. Music that says "We may be near the end. We may be almost ready to drop. But until we do, we are going to rock just as hard as we possibly can. Follow our example. Never give up. Never stop doing what you love".

Because by the time you DO hear it, it will already HAVE a title.

and I still think the title should be somehow connected to music and given by the right people

Some of the bootleg titles are awsome. I always loved "Stoned, Screwed & Tattooed In Seattle" from the '81 tour. Ditch the Seattle part and just call it "Stoned, Screwed & Tattooed". Not sure it'd go through with the "screwed" part though.
