At 1.53 in this clip during Jumping Jack Flash! I have only ever left before the very end twice! Once a whole song early to be the first car to London and guarantee myself a Shepherd’s Bush ticket and the other just before the bow at Rotterdam to be in the first handful in line at Utrecht :-)

Small, according to the photo.
Small as others have confirmed. The shirts are custom stretchy shirts made to look the same as merchandise ones.
