Jagger played Ron Wood's silver Zematis guitar on "Finger Print File" the only song Jagger played guitar on. Ron Wood played bass and Bill Wyman played keyboards during such song.

Jagger did wear the leather jacket during the 1st Baton Rouge show, but that photo is from San Antonio 1975

Keith really rocked during the first show. He played at least 10 different guitars. I remember him playing the Zematis "Pirate" guitar, his Micawber Fender Telecaster, and others. He also drank from a Jack Daniels bottle during the show.

After Billy Preston performed "Outta Space" Jagger & Keith looked pissed. The audience really enjoyed Preston's performance. Keith then (after putting Micawber around his neck) ripped into Brown Sugar. The sound was incredible and the audience soon forgot about Billy Preston.

The 2nd Baton Rouge show started around 9 pm. I remember leaving the PMAC after the 1st show and the crowd for the 2nd show was already outside. People in line said they could "hear the thunder" at the end of the 1st show.

The 1st photo is from the first half of the 1st Baton Rouge show. I cannot remember which song. Jagger was shirtless during Midnight Rambler - the final song of the 1st show.

They may have started the 2nd show at 10 pm. I remember the 2nd show was not as long as the 1st.

It was 33 years ago and my memory about the start time of each show is fuzzy.

I do remember walking out after seeing both shows and telling my friends "that was so much better than Led Zepplin".

not sure if you saw this video--but the interview at the end is recorded between he two shows--interesting I think that Jagger would sit for a chat during the "cooling off" period after a fist, demanding show

ah, that's right--the great benefit with the odd, wonderful set list

seems like a such a strange closer, but on a "big finish" note I guess it fits the bill

Erik-I know this is 1975 photo thread but if I may off topic with a '73 shot from that show you mentioned--not sure if you've seen it but it's sort of a different angle--and what is that thing on the guitar cases?

Yes it's a bit of an odd closer, hbwriter, then again, they haven't done MR as an encore at any other shows than LA 73 and Baton Rouge 75...unless I'm forgetting some "newer" setlists

Hey yes I remember you posted that pic before. The "thing" on the guitar cases is Keith's jacket, which he wore for the first couple of songs
