I wondered if I was the only completely tongue crazy person out there... ha what I mean is, that ever since the tongue logo first appeared around about 1971 with Sticky Fingers if I remember correctly, I never EVER am to be seen anywhere without the tongue logo on my self, in some form or another (and I dont have any tattoos) - I just dont feel quite right without my "religion" somewhere on my body, either badge, tee-shirt, guitar plectrum or whatever, there will be one there somewhere - people who know me often say "where's your tongue Star?"... I just have to have it on me!!!
Do I need help or what?

Well, I just got a beach blanket with the togue on it - the font is from the Voodoo era so I'm not sure what the signifigance of a Rolling Stones beach towel is other than it just looks really cool. It was a birthday gift.

Welcome back...I rarely have on my person anymore, except for special occasions. I sold off most of my collection of 500 shirts or so, but do have a bunch of 1972 tour pins and pendants. oops, just remembered, have one on the rear view of my truck...so I guess I do always have one nearby.

I was going to get a tattoo of it, but thankfully I did not. I have a trailer hitch cover of it on my truck to go along with the STONES62 New York State license plates!!!

It is, one of the greatest logo's ever.
I like this version, as far as alternate versions go.

Yes it is very easy to go crazy over the tongue logo. I have had to restrain myself from buying more merchandise with the tongue logo.

Don't you worry Starr. I always wear something with the Stones logo, t-shirt or whatever. And I am completely normal

I must have several hundred tongues in some type of form. I too almost always wear a tongue. For my employee of the month I wore a suit with a Steel Wheels tie for a picture. Only my close friend was able to figure it out.

Well, I always carry one of my two zippo lighters with the tongue logo myself.

A purple one with a Voodoo Lounge Spiked Tongue stamped on it or my favourite, a glittering red one with the regular logo in black & white on it.

And of course I got the regular logo on the screen of my cell phone and a jean bag with the 1973 Tour dragon sticking out the Stones tongue.

So I guess everybody out there can notice I'm a Stones freak!

My favorites are the original tongue, the No Security and the Licks Tour tongues.

I always liked the one with just the one little white gleam. It's the tongue they got in Flicks on the menu - they used it during If You Can't Rock Me and I think it was on the IORR posters as well...it's a little fatter maybe...very cool. If I can find a link or something I'll do that.

I for one can't go out tonight. The reason? (And this is the truth) I have a hemorroid gnawing my ass to smithereens and I have an infected tooth. So right now I'm sitting here with a pill up my arse, creme on the butt muscle, two penicillin and a strong painkiller in me. All in a normal Friday night at the Pedersen residence.
