i just can't believe that so many smaller towns/cities in the US are showing it and it didn't hang on in some big cities (like chicago). it is STILL in bloomington, indiana!

It is still playing in Larkspur, which is just north of San Francisco.

I was quite pleased today, as I live in a small town that didn't even show it in the theater, and it was played nowhere near me. Then today I drive by the mall which has on older theater where they now show movies that have long been out and have finished their run. They show them for $1.00 per ticket there. And lo and behold I drive by and Shine a Light is playing! So I got to see it today. The sound wasn't as great in this older theater, but it still was good to see.

Gone from me a while back. I could go for seeing it again a few more times.
Guess I'll have to wait for the DVD.
