Seemingly not, unfortunately.
Hard to believe that a Stones show at MSG in a city the size of New York wouldnt be taped by SOMEONE in the audience - when you consider that 1969 was the year rock bootlegging kicked off, several other Stones gigs that tour exist and this was unquestionably the most high profile tour of the year.

I know some people who taped it (all three NYC MSG 69 shows), but have yet to be able to shake it loose. ARghhhhh
