Went when it first opened (went to the big concert too)....

To be honest...can't remember in detail...I intend to go back soon.

Thought I might go this weekend as well....but due to work, I'm
staying in Milwaukee while my wife goes to Cleveland to visit her
mom for MOther's Day.

Have fun. Cleveland has come a long way.

Been to the hall 5 times. You need a whole day to go through everything. Don't think you'll spend 2 or 3 hours in there. You'll be rushed and you'll miss out on wonderful things. As far as Stones stuff. There are a few things scatterd througout. There is a small Stones exhibit with a few of Jagger's outfit, hate mail to them from the 1960's (pretty funny). There are 10s of thousands items in the place. Skip the baseball and just go to the hall.

I live in Cleveland, nothing better than strolling thru the R&R hall and then going to a Tribe game. There is indeed a Stones section as well as TONS of other Stones stuff in the hall.

in short
Cleveland ROCKS

It's a great place.
You'll have a great day.

Indians' stadium, whatever they call it these days (Progressive) is a fantastic place to watch a ball game. Get there early and enjoy.

Just for the sake of argument, I'll say it should have been placed in Memphis (or maybe even Tupelo)!

Elmo....why would anyone get pissed?

Haven't given it too much thought but...obviously the Memphis/Tupelo region
already has Graceland etc....New York already tons of attractions. L.A. too.
Chicago, St. Louis and Memphis might be more suited for Blues attractions.

And...Cleveland needed a boost like the R&R Hall of Fame.
Good location. And of course there is some history involved.
Seems like a good location to me.

Don't know if it is still there but.. if you look across the hall from Janis Joplins Porche .. there is a picture of the Stones onstage from the Orlando show in 81. Pull out your magnifing glass and you can spot me there in the front row. I'm the handsome guy with acid eyes.

Makes about as much sense as putting a pyramid (yeah, I know, Memphis, Egypt) and a team named the Grizzlies there! Everyone should visit Graceland at least once.
