Heineken or Jupiler, Chimay Blue, Grimbergen Double or Leffe Blond!

Non-beers: liquors like Liqor 43, all kinds of 'bitter' (Dutch) or nice, cold dry white whine.

Hard too choose. I like most beers...and I rarely pick favorites.
It depends on my mood. We have big breweries and lots of micro-breweries
here in Milwaukee.

It's probably easier to list the types of beer that I don't like:
Not a fan of the berry-flavored beers. Not big on chocolate-flavored beers either.
...and I stay away from light beers.

You could not pay me to drink Bud Light.
Not even sure if that qualifies as beer. No taste. I think it's a "beer"
for people that don't like real beer taste.

Beers I've recently enjoyed:
Pacifico (while in Mexico)
Pilsner Urquell
Sam Adams
Grolsch
Leinenkugel's Red (Leinie's Red)
Negro Modelo
and Miller High Life, Pabst Blue Ribbon & Schlitz.
(some think PBR & Schlitz are swill but....they bring back early memories for me
....but I'm not sure it's the same recipe as the SCHLITZ that "made Milwaukee famous" )smileys with beer

...can't forget the microbrews at Lakefront Brewery & Rock Bottom Brewery. MMmm!

IORR............but I like it!

I like a Heineken (or a few) every now and then. But no real interest in the heavier/more special beers. Although there is something standing in my closet called Westmalle. Didn't drink it yet.

Right now actually Gösser Natur Radler.
They use really high quality lemon juice for it, love the taste...

Most expensive beer brand in the world, VestVleteren is also good.
Only purchasable at the monastery, no export whatsoever.
Get a hold of this, and ya happy.
12-13 Euro for a small (33 cl.) bottle.

Fullers London Pride, best draught ale in my opinion, also like the Italian bottled beer Nastro Azurro, but there are lots of nice beers out there waiting to be discovered.
Iusually drink red wine these days , but I also have a soft spot for Irish Whiskey and Tennesse sippin' whiskey, been round the Jack Daniel's distillery
( very good tour)Couldn't find the George Dickel distillery though when I was last in America

Well I've read all your favorites and I'm guessing I'm on the lower end of the spectrum .

I like Bud Light . Coors Light and if I'm really low on funds , I'll go with Keystone Light . $14.99 for a 30 pack !!

Well, I said my favorite was Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, but that's when I feel like treating myself. My "everyday" beer is typically in the Anhueser-Busch family (Michelob Light, Bud Lite, or Bud).

you splurge an extra $0.20 for a special treat, eh? your parties must be all the rage....

I'd forgotten how much of a joy you were to have around! Parties?? If I'm too cheap to spend the extra $.20 on myself, what makes you think I'm gonna spend it on others?
