When Some Girls came out I thought, now if this is Woods influence, then they made the right choice......even Emotional Rescue had some of that bar room , you know what I mean, attitude.
But I honestly think Ron Wood was just a clone of Keith after that and someone like Peter Frampton would have been almost perfect. He reminds of Mick Taylor yet has his own definitive style.......or Frank Kaiser would be good too.

Ron was definitly the best choice, but if I have to pick another one
it will be Leslie West of Mountain, one of the best guitar players of all time
