Great track on Fogerty's new album, very Stones-y, I think. (AC/DC fans will also like it.) It has a crunchy guitar riff and a passionate vocal from Fogerty.
It is indeed a great song. Is the rest of the album good in your opinion? Just asking because it didn't get a good review in one of the magazines that I read.

But they're not mutually exclusive. I've always been a huge CCR fan and I really like this cd. But I don't derive my politics from rock stars or recording artists or actors etc. If I disagree with the message I'm able to let it go and enjoy the music. As a matter of fact one of the songs I like on this CD is "I Can't Take It No More", which makes some of the political songs on Springsteen's "Magic" seem tame. But I love the hard-hitting Ramone-ish punk sound of the song.
