I'm suprised no one has started this thread. Keith got an award for best cameo or something like that for Pirates and gave a 'slightly' incoherent pretaped acceptance speech. I don't have a link. Hopefully someone can post it.

agreed - only one instance of slurring, if you can call it that. he almost has his own dialect - an "english drawl" if you will.

I think the editing was probably done by whoever directed Keith, maybe there was multiple takes.

The only thing that comes across in that video is Keith's shyness when it comes to speeches. Which is somewhat endearing.
