Oh yea, Start Me Up is great. Well, it is true that Start Me Up, Happy, Brown Sugar, Street Fighting Man and others have intros based on pretty much the same pattern - but they are sooo cool! And of course - Honky Tonk Woman is another great intro - very inovative at the time it was written - let's not forget that all those songs were not allways warhorses, they used to be very very inovative.
can you hear me knocking / visions of paradise / satisfaction / dancing in the starlight / angie / street fightin' man / jumpin' jack flash / honky tonk woman / start me up / Mrs robinson.
Lots of great intros already covered ... I'd throw in Crazy Train by Randy Rhodes, All The Young Dudes by Mott the Hoople, Pride and Joy by SRV, I'd Love to Change the World by Ten Years After.
