Brian founded the band, STU was next, then The Glimmer Twins, then Bill, then Charlie.

And did all Stones turn up at the wedding mentioned? Where were they all on 6th June 1968? Did they play (as implied?) Did they meet The (late) Queen? Anyone?

Yeh, I too found those same agency photo's. If they had ALL been there, then there more than likely would have been a photo of more than just Jagger.
Next thing we can expect to read in Tatler will be that The Stones are doing a private gig for King Charles the evening before his Coronation!

Bad typo in the agency caption! It's "St James' Palace" not "St Jame's Palace". Captions obviously written by someone who failed the intelligence test to join Tatler!

Broderick Smith story .....

Making my way back to Melbourne around 3am
one morning in the early 1970's when I saw a lone guy hitch-hiking.

Pulled over and recognized it was Broderick who was looking
for a ride back to Melbourne for The Dingoes tour van had broken
down .... I had an Chrysler with a cassette player fitted
and was playing Robert Johnson ....

After a quick intro Broderick settled in and then could not
believe he'd firstly scored a ride at that hour and Robert Johnson
was playing on the stereo ....

Delivered him home some where in Elwood and even when he was getting out
he kept laughing and saying ....

"Still Cant believe I got a ride with someone who has
Robert Johnson playing in their car ....

The Dunedin sound gets mentioned quite a bit in the NZ music scene, The Chills are the only band I really like from early Dunedin bands the rest are shit
