When I get my money I'm goona requisition this picture done by that artist in surf board wax... sealed in 15 coats of clear nitrocellulose lacquer

I can only imagine the killer sound there... like thunder valley!
I am happy these guys are resurfacing... though I went to their website and it is very lean, just one page unless I am missing a link or something, but it looks like they are relying on faceschnook for exposure... and I really really don't like that. I don't do fecesbook...
But I did sign up on jetofficial for whatever updates they put out, and they better appreciate that cuz I don't sign up for hardly anything or anybody, ever ("can we have your email address" say everybody.... "NO" I tell most everybody)... but if JET is coming back I wanna be there! Hopefully they do it worldwide.

Bit of trivia for ya .... Jet's first record was the 4 track 12" Dirty Sweet
First track is titled Take It Or Leave It ---- (Not the Stones track)
Original cover featured Jet band member wearing Stones T-Shirt but on later pressings due to copyright Stones tongue was blanked out ....

Hey yeah ... the wax is sealed of with a heavy clear lacquer ....
but on one HOT day it just might all drip to the floor .....hhhaaaa

JET kicksfreeknass!! I cant believe it has been 15 years since Get Born.
I saw them in concert at a small hall... I forget when... back sometime (I would say 5 years but prolly 13-15)(fkg time) but they were explosive! I really thought they would be the next big thing but their follow up album had a different formula. Get Born did "borrow" a lot of sounds from several groups and I guess they were criticized for that, but I didnt care, I just thought they kicked ass! It was new music that sounded familiar... and I liked it! Get Born is one of those albums that is a like a Greatest Hits but all new.
I lost track of them... didn't even know they broke up. I will go see them for sure if they come by me on their Get Reborn tour. That is a good idea. Those songs deserve to be played live again.
