Is it illegal or in fact possible to download videos and or audio material? If this is the dumb arse question of the week then relegate me. Have a rockin´ weekend.

Legal to download videos that have usually been uploaded in the first place without the copyright owner's permission?
Pretty hard to prosecute one would think!
You can use programs to download stuff from youtube, such as i-tube I believe.
