I`m looking for a "song by song" book on The Stones, just like Ian McDonald`s "Revolution In The Head", on The Beatles.

The Rough Guide to the Rolling Stones is a good starter, followed by The Rolling Stones Album File and Complete Discography. Both very opinionated and contentious in their choice of great Stones songs (The Rough Guide has the execrable already Over Me in its Top 50), but it should do the trick.
There's nothing quite like "Revolution" for The stones yet though. Just biographies, most of them homing in on the lurid.
