Does anyone know when we can enter the stadium today if you have FOS?

Also is there a separate entrance for FOS? is it a separate area from general admission?

When do the gates open today?

For at give dig og alle de mange andre gæster den bedst mulige oplevelse både før, under og efter koncerten, beder vi dig læse denne mail igennem og evt. videregive informationerne til andre gæster.



Mød frem i god tid:

Vi opfordrer dig til at komme i god tid på koncertdagen, idet for eksempel trafik, parkeringsforhold og kø ved indgangene kan forsinke dig i at komme frem til din plads til tiden.

Samme dag som koncerten afholdes Copenhagen Classic Car Race i området omkring Parken hvilket betyder, at der vil være spærret for trafik på Øster Allé. Endvidere kan det ikke forventes, at der vil være ledige parkeringspladser i nærheden af Parken.



På billetten står hvilken indgang du skal benytte for at komme ind i Parken. Af sikkerhedsmæssige hensyn er det ikke muligt at komme ind ad andre indgange.

Hvis du vil være sikker på at komme ind til tiden, skal du være ved din indgang senest 45 minutter inden koncerten.



Portene åbner kl. 18:00 Koncerten starter kl. 20 hvor der er opvarmning med Toots and The Maytals. Koncerten forventes afsluttet ca. 23:30.



Kropsvisitation:

Af hensyn til alles sikkerhed vil der ved alle indgange blive foretaget kropsvisitation af al publikum. Det letter naturligvis presset ved indgangene, hvis I samarbejder hér, så alle kan komme ind hurtigst muligt.



Det er ikke tilladt at medbringe følgende i Parken:



- Våben af enhver art

- Fyrværkeri

- Store kameraer og professionelt foto udstyr.

- Videoudstyr

- Lydoptagere

- Laserpenne

- Bannere

- Paraplyer

- Klapstole, skamler mv. _ hverken tilladt i stå- eller siddesektionerne.

- Madvarer & Drikkevarer (emballage underordnet)



Ovennævnte effekter vil blive afvist i indgangene. Du sparer derfor dig selv for ærgrelse og de øvrige gæster for ventetid ved IKKE at medbringe nogle af disse ting til Parken.



Det er tilladt at medbringe kikkert og små lommekameraer.



Garderobe:

Der vil IKKE være mulighed for at komme af med overtøjet i en garderobe i Parken.



Særlige forhold for publikum der kommer vest fra over Storebælt:



Hvis du har tænkt dig at køre i bil til Rolling Stones koncerten i Parken, bør du tage hjemmefra i god tid.



Søndag den 5. august er en af sommerens helt store rejsedage. Der er derfor risiko for, at der kan opstå kødannelser på vejnettet - og således også på Storebæltsbroen.



Du opfordres derfor til at tage hjemmefra i ekstra god tid, således at eventuelle kødannelser ikke ødelægger dine oplevelser denne dag.



I Storebælts betalingsanlæg vil der være indsat ekstra bemanding for at kunne håndtere trafikken, og vi håber således at kunne undgå større ventetider op til Rolling Stones koncerten.



I forbindelse med hjemrejse, så sætter DSB ekstra vogne på toget kl. 00.30 mod Lindholm.

In USA you would have to line up at least 8 hours before concert gates open in order to run to the front to claim your spot on the rail. I do not know how it is done in Denmark.

According to www.politiken.dk there are only 2.000 tickets left. If that's true it dosn't look as bad as I did some weeks ago :-)
I've been quite nervous about the ticket sales here, because they normally sell out within hours.
Let's hope for a full stadium and the Stones being in their best form on this tour so far :-)

Well. Svendborg, are you in town. I can't seem to find any Stones fans in Copenhagen!?!?

I'll be there tomorrow afternoon.

And according to Ekstra Bladet [ekstrabladet.dk] 2000 more tickest are offered for sale. I think what they want to secure is that the black market will stay at a minimum.
But at the moment prices are around 200dkr (that is around 26EUR) so I honestly don't think there will be that big an audience tomorrow.

PS Well, I just found two tickets to 1kr - and I still don't go...

PPS and OT: Peter Thorup has died today - I think Stones knew him...

This would not happen in the US simply because the US is all seated, no general admission or FOS.

it's too late now for you to use this info but in '03 at parken, there were only about 10 of us in front of the gate where i stood at 4pm. when the gates opened, i didn't even have to run in order to be front row corner on keith's side. very mellow experience.
