Happy B-Day Mick................and happy anniversary to me. It was 29 years ago today that I saw my first Rolling Stones show. July 26,1978. Oakland Coliseum. Who knew almost 30 years later they would still be a big part of my life. Cheers Mick. I will run 20 red lights in your honor.

I sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU as I always do on your day! Hope you heard me, it was in key all the way through and as sexy as I could make it! May life always be kind to you, and may you enjoy every day as much as you possibly can; you have brought such joy to so many, give that joy to yourself, a gift to you, from you! Most of all, may you never lose that twinkle in your eye!

I was there too - July 26, 1978 at the Oakland Coliseum Stadium, one of the “Day on the Green” concerts with Peter Tosh, Eddie Money, and Santana opening! Promoted by who else -- the immortal Bill Graham.
I still have the shirt from that day listing all the performers and reading “Happy Birthday Mick.” I have seen it once or twice on eBay go for a lot of money.
Oddly enough, another t shirt arrived in the mail today for me -- the "Who the F**k is Mick Jagger" shirt just like Keith is wearing in the pic earlier in this thread.
Tim.................No F'ing way!!!!.........Man I was 15 years old and I begged my brother to take me. I was only 15 and it was only about my 4th or 5th concert ever. I remember the 2 hour wait in between Santana and the Stones. Evidently they expected it because they had high wire and other circus acts to perform in between.LOL..........Great memories. Hey Plexi. I don't suppose you have a high quality boot from that show do ya? I've looked around but found only questionable quality cd's from that show..............................Anyway,seriously man. Ya ever make it back down to the Bay Area, please let me know. I would love to say hello and you can give me lot's a great boots. Since I don't have that many. Plus, now that I've seen yuor picture, you don't look as psycho as you sound.LOL......Just kidding bro. Seriously give me a shout when you get back.

Happy Birthday, Mick J! Hope you have a good one. 64 years young. Just imagine - Mick was only 62 when the Bigger Bang tour started - that's longevity! I remember seeing my first Stones concert on the Steel Wheels tour and wondering how much longer he can continue those high energy shows - it's anybody's guess now. Keep on Rockin!
