18 songs seems to happen when they hit the YCAGWYW -Midnight Rambler extended Daily double. Concert clocks out about the same.

Well they did both in Horsens last year and it was still 19 songs :-)

Both of these in 19-song set were heard in Belgrade and elsewhere.

Hey Budapest, Budva and Buchuresty you're not Belgrade where was 19.

I think it really doesn't matter if they do 18 or 19 songs set as long as they put on such a great show as they do.

Somebody questioned if the tour is a bore....well maybe, this is the answer, almost for this b-countries....
I can remember the excitement in the first 3 - 4 nights, the f5 was burning...
But anyway, from song 8 you dont have too much to expect...

But then again, as somebody said, lets hear that ronnie nails it, keith was on fire, mick..etc, etc

cheers!

The Rolling Stones tour can never be boring. It's analysing setlists that can get boring. When you are at the show and enjoying yourself you certainly don't whine about the lack of diversity in the setlists. As long as the band can blow away everyone in the crowd who cares about the setlist.Of course there are so many songs that I'd like to hear but I am more than happy with what I got at the two ABB show I've been to.

Hi stones_serb, well i was in madrid, second row, the only one gig for me this tour, and believe me, some songs need a rest. I mean, for me ADL, MM, SAWY, where the songs i went to see. I didnt need another rendition of Miss you, or SFTD, even one of may favourite warhorses HTW (and IORR) sonded tired. The only warhorses standing well this tour are, as i saw in madrid, TD and JJF.And i was very dispointed with no abb songs (a good enough album for me), i mean, RJ instead of MY, SOL instead of YCAGWYW, back of my hand instead of, well almost anything!!!! and ONNYA instead of any of the b-stage...thats a abb tour. I found myself in a 40 licks tour, even BTB (with ASMB, SOM, OOC..) was more thrilling....

But then again, just my opinion here, dont wanna taliban-ize anything, jejejejej

I remember feeling the tired of warhorse feeling this is boring once during HTW, only to look around and realize the audience was at their highest level of frenzy of the night. What the hell do we know

Well,I understand you perfectly well. You got to see The STones many times and you are tired of the same old setilist.
I have seen The Sones only twice because I live in a country which had a lot of problems in nineties and it still has.Unlike other Europeans,I need visa for entering every EU country because apparently EU discriminates several Balkan countries. That's one of the reason I missed tonight's show because my passport is not with me but at one of EU's country's ammbassy waiting to get visa stuck on it.
So warhorses don't sound stale to me.In fact I loved them more than All down the Line which I got to hear in Belgrade.

People who have seen Stones many times shouldn't complain. They just don't know how lucky they are.I understand why they are tired of The Stones but still they should appreciate everything that they boys have given to us.

Dobledoor, i found mysel in the same situation in satisfaction, i was in second row,
this means far away from the b-stage, i heard the (kinda sloppy this time) riff, and i said, here we go again...an then look around me and observe that everybody that dont give a shit on MM (brutal extended slide by ronnie) were dancing and jumping even my girlfriend (a romanian girl, stones_serb, i know what you mean.), first timer, did it....so WTF, i had a picture of that exact moment, i will remember forever, because i was thinking, this is a F·%$& stones concert and the people is enjoying, so lets enjoy....but was kinda lie...

And stones_serb, i just cant believe that you preffer this SFTD better than a no so tired ADTL. Or MY (no kidding?) better than MM, or this version of IORR (they have to consider stop playing it or do it with a little more enthusiasm...) than sway.they ARE warhorses, but no so played, im not talking about playing dear doctor, or SBA, or thieft in the night.....

The again, my opinion.

Cheers!

Well IORR was not all that great.I agree on that. They could have replaced it with something better.

I surely wish I had a chance to hear Sway or As tears go by but unfortunately all those gems don't get played when The Stones visit some city for the first time. However it was awesome hearing Heartbreaker which came totally out of the blue amid all those warhorses.

Last year in London I got to hear She's so cold and it was definitely one of the show's highlights. My point is that the stones still do a great job with warhorses it's just that some fans are naturally tired of them after hearing them a lot of times.

Just back from the show. Went for a drink to the Stones Hotel with my girlfriend. Saw Michael Cohl and the backup band and had a really expensive mineral water...

Show was great. Gates opened at around 17.45 because of the hot weather and that was really a good idea. There was not FOS area, just GA but I we were amongst the first people to run into the stadium and we actually ended up first row on Ronnie's side. It was very hot, but as Gazza correcty said, not as unpleasant as Bucharest. The Hungarians were prepared and handed out free water (not in bottles, but in little plastic bags). So everyone had something to drink or to spray around...the result was a water battle, everyone was soaked and in a great mood. Soon afterward the fire fighters started making us even more wet...and everyone loved it. Show started of very fine with SMU, continued with a very well received You Got Me Rocking and then Keith struggled to start Rough Justice. Actually, he @#$%& it up completely and they had to restart the song. Ruby Tuesday was very nice to hear, but I had wished for another song. Hate those 18 songs warhorses setlist.

I'm already so tired of Miss You, IORR, Satisfaction, HTW... Keith struggled on a couple of songs today, but the crowd was very enthusiastic and I really had a lot of fun, so I wasn't really bothered by the mistakes that much. He at least finally got the intro to Brown Sugar right...and the song really took of after a while! Ronnie had a very good night, by the way. Excellent solos and overall great guitar work. Well, so the rest of the show was very enjoyable, some great performances, especially MR and JJF. I just really wish they'd shake up the setlist more.

Good show, some mistakes - who cares? Security was great - free icecream, free water.

Finally got to hear Ruby Tuesday.
