Mick's expressed political views have varied a lot. which seems normal enough.

well...maybe we have 2 different interpretations then...mick's lyrics in the entire song sound pretty blunt to me. but i'm not saying that he's trying so hard to be rebellious or political, he can have an opinion like anyone else.

I believe when the stones are making big bucks by doing foto shoots and private concerts for the very very rich, they do it because they take money from coorporations that are more powerful and richer than them and they get a kick out of that. I remember reading in a book,how Keith Richards was excited by the idea of getting paid just to a have a picture taken with some big executives. For him it was like getting back at the big coorporations. On the hand, most of the rolling stones concert goers don't care about such issues. Very few will stop going to the shows because the stones do private shows.
