This is really great, sitting here reading all the updates, looking at all the photos. Some great songs are being rehearsed. Can't wait to jump on the eurostar next tuesday morning, although I still havn't booked a hotel for the night yet!

Better get on that...

Thanks everyone for all the info and photos. Great job.

Keith should do Coming down again, especially after his adventures in the movie business...

As far as I'm concerned Keith can play whatever he likes as long as he doesn't play the same two songs for many consecutive conserts. On the A Bigger Bang tour he's been playing the same two tunes for lots of shows and then he's either changed one or both songs and then kept the new one/s for many shows in a row.
Conclusion: Do NOT skip any songs, but PLEASE mix it up a bit.

Keith rehearsing many songs makes me think he could sing 3 songs every show like the last one in 2006

yeah, the Abb USA 2005 tour really had a "poor" variety of song played. I remember attending The Giants stadium gig and I almost knew all the songs they would have played. Doesn't mean it wasn't a GREAT show! That tour was a bit like good ol'tours, same setlist every gig--

Keith are looking for the right songs. Once he find them he will probably stick with the pair. "Connection" and "You Got The Silver" was a great combination last year.

I think Coming Down Again is more of a lullabye than a stadium-song. People will fall asleep!

your personal opinion, but if Coming Down Again is a lullabye that makes people fall asleep than all his ballads are lullabyes too. I think that this is one of his best ballads, and surely a welcome surprise if he really performs it on stage. its every bit a stadium song than all his other ballads!!!

The Worst, Nearness of You and Slipping Away have all worked just fine in stadium settings. No reason why Coming Down Again couldnt too.

Many thanks to MonomonoM and with sssoul for keeping us all up to date with the rehearsal info.

never heard about this "fact". just because you dont like it does not make it a fact that Coming Down Again is a shit song. unless you want to imply that your opinion is shared by everybody else. which it is not: I love this song.

It's a gem

Regardless of what Keith happened to be singing or what the tempo was, its still the bog-break for the low attention-spanned or weak-bladdered anyway...

Thanks for all the exciting reports and pics coming from the rehearsal site. Hope some of us will be there every night so that the news and pics keep coming....
I hope they will play "Love is strong" more often this tour. Would love to hear "Shine a light again", too. But whatever they will play - it's gonna be a hot hot summer in Europe with the Stones. Can't wait for the tour to start!

I dont know, quite frankly Im getting tired of it. Give some other songs a chance for God's sake.

what I mean though, seriosley were having some fun here, is that it was rehearsed but Never played. so you know, dont get your hopes up.
