As far as I understand it means that the tickets should me mailed before the day which is two weeks before the show. In this case before August 12. And you should receive them at least 2 days before the show (August 24). But probably you'll get them much earlier.

Every ticket ticketmaster sells has the description :

"Your tickets will be posted to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event".

It is usually beside the shipping/postage price .

They usually send the tickets 3 to 5 weeks before concerts.


If you have not received them 14 Days before the concert.
Phone them.
They can arrange for you to get copies from the box office at the Arena if they are lost.
