Update on prices and my mistake in a previous post: [www.vivaart.com.pl]

Both B sections cost 265 PLN

Tickets: from May 19th Sphinx restaurants
from May 26th ticketpro.pl

And as B sections are very expensive as well I'm thinking that:
1. they are very small
or more likely
2. the promotor is nuts

Who knows? Probably the promotor's counting on rich people.

POPCORN POPCORN needed all round!!...

No I don't in theory - but I no doubt would have done in practice. And as if it wouldn't be the first time when it comes to Rolling Stones tickets. But the prices seem to be particularly over-the-top out of order in this case. It's depressingly unfair on the Polish public and reflects badly on the band. Wasn't it the same story in Shanghai?? Has there been any reaction to the pricing in the Polish media or have you heard of any complaints from other than diehards?

ohh f... i bet Stones Inc had to tell this jerk that selling Ronnieside tickets at a discount is not on -
which is absolutely right - but 265 PLN (70 euros) for non-FOS GA rules out
a whole bunch more of my friends/acquaintances who would love to go.

>> Has there been any reaction to the pricing in the Polish media or

i don't follow the media much, so i don't know - my non-diehard friends are pained that they can't go,
but of course since they're not diehards they don't realize it's not comparable to prices elsewhere,
assume it's the band who doubled the price, don't see any use in protesting, etc.

So it is then, I didn't follow that thread, makes it even more sad.

There has been no reaction from the media about the prices sad smiley Guess we're on our own now.

I wonder how many people will turn up eventually. They have two months to sell the tickets, and we've got Placebo, Linkin Park + Pearl Jam, Dream Theater, Macy Gray, Heaven And Hell, Genesis, Patti Smith, Joe Cocker, Heineken Open'er Festival (Muse, Bjork, Beastie Boys, Bloc Party, LCD Soundsystem), Red Hot Chili Peppers, Korn, George Michael, Rod Stewart, Tool, Chris Cornell and !!! playing Poland in next 3 months...

Good luck VivaArt...I hope you die (right after the Stones gig, so that you can make it happen and steal our money)

Ok, if anyone's trying to buy the tickets online...hold on to your credit cards for another week. Right now tickets for Sluzewiec gig are available ONLY at Sphinx restaurants in Poland. They will be distributed via Ticketpro from May 26th.

Sphinx is the sponsor, so they got themselves a week-ahead exclusiveness for selling tickets.

I bought the ticket today at Sphinx in Gdynia. FOS Keith's side. They had 30 tickets for that section, 30 for B sections, 30 for the tribunes and 10 of the cheapest ones. 100 overall. It is a normal ticketpro ticket, nothing collectible.

Oh, and as I was leaving the restaurant Paint It Black was on.

i'm waiting.
it just about kills me, since i know what my job as a fan is, and i do it well!
but i can't support this pricing policy.

yeah, I know what you mean. And I wouldn't be surprised that there will some kind of a promotion for the tickets days before the show like two tickets for the price of one etc. However I did what's better for my health, I couldn't wait.

I got my ticket too. I had to stay with B sector and still I paid more than for last year's FOS ticket. I hope I'll have great fun anyway. See ya!

[ticketpro.pl]

A new version of the seating chart for Warsaw. This one looks a bit odd with the b-stage in the middle of B-section. It is probably an artistic viewwinking smiley

I,m buying ticket on tuesday , FOS Keith side (with a heavy heart - price !).
I'bought at Sphinx in Bydgoszcz. They had only right side (for A and B section).

The same in Gdynia, only Keith's side FOS. I'm wondering if Sphinx got all the Keith's side FOS tics.

Same in Lublin. Bought tickets yesterday, FOS right side only. Well, the price was heavy, but they've treated me & my girlfriend with a glass of red wine. Guess when you pay them 830zl for 2 tickets you get "free" drink.

Anyway....see you at the gig !

The left side tickets will be available after June 9. At least in Sphinx. Maybe Ticketpro will have them earlier.

Actually this one looks more reasonable since b-stage is usually located somwhere inside the b-section.
