Yes, they gotta mix it up, 20 songs each night,
special guests included. smiling smiley

Gary, what do you think about Prince as an opener
and/or duet partner on, for example, Ain´t Too Proud To Beg?

Or is he still pissed about the LA 81 incidents

- or is he too short compared to Mick to duet?

How about The Counterfeit Stones? Anyone know them, are they any good? I see on their website, they have a gig on the 18th, and then nothing until the 27th?

er...I'm quite sure they won't!

You'll always gets ome variety when you get two back to back shows in one city, but the whole point of the Licks 'trilogy' was for them to do 3 very different types of shows. Thats NOT the case on this tour.

Opener? he's playing 21 nights at the same venue....LOL..No chance. A duet would be fantastic. Cant see it happening, though. Another Temptations song that the Stones covered - 'Just My Imagination' - would be a good choice, though. He's performed that often in the past and does a great version. I think he's done Miss You as well.

well, hes played with Ronnie a few times since. Going to see him on one of the 2 shows he's playing on the nights the Stones arent (24th). Should be fun.

it worked OK for Amy Winehouse! Prince could always wear a nice pair of heels. he can still move pretty well in them....

I´ve been in touch with the Counterfeit Stones manager, and he said to watch their website, because there might be something booked for that period. So let´s cross our fingers and hope for the best.

That would be great. I've seen the Counterfeits several times and they put on a real good show.

Fingers crossed everyone!

I'm going to the last show in London. It has always been a dream of mine to see the Stones in London and I think it's kinda cool that I saw the first show of this tour in Werchter and the last show of this tour in London.

They are OK - not as good as the Rollin' Stoned, but worth going to see at least once. Nick Dagger's jokes and mannerisms are the highlight - both are hilarious.
