Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago I've ordered 3 pelouse d'or tix for the Paris show through
ticketnet France.
I paid them without problems with my Visa card.
At the moment I did not receive any tix , only this email.
Has anyone else this email too ??

"Dear Madam, dear Sir,
You have booked tickets on our website and we thank you very much.
To send you your tickets since we have many frauds, and we are in the obligation for the first reservation to ask you the following elements in order to send you your tickets :
- a photocopy of your identity card or passport.
- a photocopy of your credit card (we also need the first four numbers and the last two, you can cover the other numbers).
We're aware that this request is a little bit constraining but it won't be asked to you for the next orders.
You can fax us these elements to (33).1.49.97.52.15 or by email at serviceclients@ticketnet.fr Please respect these formats : jpg, bmp, gif, doc or pdf only).
And would you please in the same time confirm your address to be sure that you will receive your tickets at the correct address.
Thanking you for your confidence.
Sincerely,

They do it sometimes for foreign credit cards. They're not the only one. Ticketmaster US asked me the same thing the first time i purchased tickets for US shows.

Same as last year, you can always call the number from the confirmation email to check. That's what I did, it is no fraude.
