I am fan and I will go to the concert in Bucharest. It would be great to meet other fans too! I bought the tickets from a music shop, right after they received them.

lucky you to get tickets! where do people go to get tickets to "sold out" shows in romania? is there a website? do people use Ebay ever for such things? are there people who sell tickets for profit outside of shows?

Hi, I am a fan from Bulgaria (Romania's neighbour country). I paid my tickets through the RS.com link for the Bucharest concert:

[ro.ticket-web.at]

ATTENTION: No English (or any other language version) of the site available. I registered with my address in Bulgaria and ordered (and paid) the tickets. I also received an e-mail confirmation (with my country's name missing in the address).

SPECIAL ATTENTION: After browsing a couple of Bulgarian forums regarding the above-mentioned concert I read that no shipping out of Romania was available through the official site!!! This was also confirmed by phone (which was not easy to be found).
They charged my VISA but were unable to send me MY tickets!
Finally, I sent them my company's office address in Bucharest and hopefully would receive the tickets there.
No more comments from my side - one word only - LOUSY work!

Huhuuu, I have never been to Ronania, but I love romanian folk music, and the adaptions by the Hungarian composer Bela Bartok. So one day, I will go to Transilvania and later I will move on to see the Delta of the danube.Ha!

When I tried to book my ticket via the rollingstones.com link I was told the website is not safe and does not have our security standards. So I did not want to give my creditcard details to such a site!
I've asked a friend who knows a Rumanian guy - hopefully he will bring my ticket directly from Bucharest!
But I'll be there in any case and I think we will find tickets there too.

I've asked a colleague in Romania too - so far no response for him, I fear that he doesn't dare calling cause he didn't get a ticket... But we'll see - I'll be there in any case too and I'm sure we'll get tickets.

i heard back from the guy i'm renting an apartment from. he thought he had tickets but found that his friend couldn't get any. he also said that the scalpers/touts have an agreement with the ticket brokers and allow them to buy up the tickets early...who knows if it's true but it sucks either way...

That country is still a mess of corruption and nepotism...

It is the same situation with Bulgaria so I'm quite used to it, unfortunately.

You're doin' well there LQ by the sounds of it, eleven out of ten to ya for perseverance. I would've blown it off completely long before, haven't got the patience for that level of total and utter mismanagement and incompetence eastern european style !

I am glad I bought tickets in a shop, because internet pages do not seem to be too reliable! All this stress with subscribing, giving your details, then waiting for the post!
Is it already sold out in Bucharest?
