Just wondering what the booking fee charges are this year.

Noticed seetickets are charging something like £19.50 on top of £150 tickets.

I had to pay 12.50 ontop of 100pounds

Last year if I remember correctly a £60 Ticket had a £9 fee and £150 Ticket had a £12.00 fee.

My 100 GBP ticket had a fee amounting to 12 GBP, or 12,50.

£12 AND £2.25 postage for £100 tickets, £150 tickets were plus a £15 service charge and the £2.25 postage. Disgusting really

for Slane Castle there was something like 6 Euros service charge including mailing to the UK for second price tickets.

for London O2 it's reported above that it costs £12.50 for the same, face value only slightly more.

that's about 3 times as much in service charges.

I live very close to the O2 but I probably wont see any Stones concert there this summer, the regular price is crazy and with the extra costs make it scandalous.

I could take the train to Paris, get a FOS ticket and a cheap hotel for the night for the same cost as purchasing just a ticket some rows back from the B stage for the O2.

Where's the sense in that?

So there is a 25% increase in service charge compared to last year.

Inflation in the UK must be much worse than I thought.

Yet SDF charges have remained the same, a single €12 fee for delivering as many tickets as you care to buy.

£12 x 40000 = £480.000

actually rather more than that Eric, most tickets were in the higher £150 category and therefore attracting it seems a £15 service charge, making it well over half a million for two arena shows.

a single show at Wembley Stadium would gross probably over £1 million!!!

Jeezuz! That's quite a lot!

sorry I was getting a bit carried away, thinking Ticketbastard were the only ones selling the concerts. Their share of sales though would I think be more than 50% of the total.
