Hi,
I would like to buy tickets for Gothenburg. I have got 2 questions:
1. Is there a FOS section?
2. I live in Holland. Do they send tickets or do you have to pick 'm up at the stadium?

There does not appear to be a FOS section.
They do not send tickets abroad.
You can opt to pick them up from the Arena box office on the day of the concert.
From 10.00am - event time.
Or from one of the other offices situated around Sweden.

No FOS means in this case that there will be "General Admission", so standings on the whole field :-)
