Mayall's always worth a look. I'm beginning to think that you'll see EC hook up with him for some kind of a project - maybe an album/tour thing. Just a hunch. EC's been in a very nostalgic frame of mind recently - the Cream stuff - and this latest hooking up with Derek Trucks for a Dominos-type look-back. Also, the word is that he and Winwood are going to reprise something of a Blind Faith show in Chicago later this year....

My dream is that MT show up - but Bud Whittington is worth to see play as well as a tight band.

Buddy can play but my problem with him is that he doesn't know when not to play. At least that was the case the two times I saw him with hMayall. OpenG, did you see MT with Mayall in the early '80s (or in the late '60s for that matter.)

No I was way to young for the sixties and missed him in the 80's.

yes Chris you are right about Buddy, watch the Mayall 70th DVD wheras Mr Taylor has that vibrato and fluidity.
