after spending well over £300 for two txts last year to see the stones at twickenham. how much do you think txt for this tour will cost??

the police, rod stewart, genesis, the who and george micheal are all playing london this summer. george micheal has the most expensive txt for £100 the rest between £90 and £60.

and can someone tell me why the stones cost a third more than the rest????

I think 300 pounds is way too much for a ROlling Stones ticket,
but seeing that a George Michael ticket goes for 100 pounds...
the RS ticket is a bargain !

Well I can't blame them for standing,

They charge as much as we'll pay - end of story ;-)

Thanks Edith Grove, just trying to help some innocent people who ends up near the stage.

I'd guess roughly the same as last year: +/-100 Euro's FOS for the larges venues (SDF), 115 for the smaller ones (50.000 stadiums)?

MR J

I am shocked and astounded (putting on best mock expression of outrage and incredulity) that you think seat is worth paying more for than a standing ticket. At this rate you will be booking your Euro Tour Stones tickets through Saga mate!!! I would willingly pay MORE to stand at any gig, than sit down and pay less.

the on-stage price of tickets doubled from $250 to $500 each.

Middle Europe 2005: 120 - 250 Euro.
doubling this, RS can book theatres - no stadium or arena in middle europe will be filled more than 10 % if ticket prices will be 240 - 500.
Police tickets were roumored for 200 - 500. Real prices know: 80 - 180 Euro.

yes, it's funny how theater tickets are so cheap in comparison to the stadiums (beacon and radio city excluded) - it's really where they could make the most money.

Beacon was cheap, not radio city though.
(Didn't know if that's what you meant, LQ)

...with people like you and me and others here around.

We should make a petitition to Mr. Mick:
500 Euro for a 3h-gig with a wishing-setlist at a theatre.

1.000 people minus 500 vip-bullshit-people for free, even bring 25Mio before costs - if I calculate right :-)

Why not just not go, if nobody goes maybe the brainless bastards will get the big picture. That goes for every artist.$50 bucks will get you a carton of your favourite piss while you watch a bootleg movie with your mates. No parking problems, no accommadation costs , no travelling and no drunk driving fines. Maybe just maybe the greed merchants will have impressed into their greedy little brains that something is wrong. Its like a land auction, if nobody bids the price will come down. If your stupid enough to pay a high price you deserve to be really ripped off.

Went to concerts since 1979 - it's the only experience that counts. No comparing with a dvd, tv, cd... every stupid person is free to spend the money to that ripp off he likes. Is a football-game, a opera, a book, a picture, a jewel worth the price you have to pay?? Did you think of artists work, intense and life he have to live for his art - maybe this is not payable.
For what kind of rip off you spend your money "Whiskey"?? Or do you live in a black hole, no work, no perspective. Can we find your rip off in your name and that's the reason your brain is getting smaller??

so far i have spent $400 on abb tour for four shows, two msg two giants stadium at $99 each, and each seats were pretty good, not great but i enjoyed the view each nite and did not crash my budget, sometimes the $99 seats are in a better location than the $160 seats, i dont know how they price the seats, sometimes closer does not mean better
