25x5 is a bootleg, VL13. if you ask in the hot stuff section i bet someone will be able to help you.
(please say when you post what continent you're on, okay? especially with DVDs it can be a lot easier to help
if people know right away where you are, whether you can cope with PAL or NTSC, etc)

I have 25x5 on DVD ripped from my VCR if any one wants a copy.
My email address isn't hidden.

Yeah 25X5 is a bootleg. Clearly taken from video. But it's a good copy.

I remember this thread after reading through it. These would be worth hearing even if they were the same as the album cuts but not brickwalled to death.

Pleeeeeeeease!!

Would be so interesting how that album sounds without the loud mastering.

I think I'm not the only one who would be thankful if somebody would make the effort to upload it.

I have these files in FLAC and I can post it later, I just need some time to upload it.

I'm not sure why these files were posted here, so I posted them on the Buy/Sell/Trade forum: [www.iorr.org]

The original files maybe were, but I've downloaded some months ago a file with a FLAC version, so I didn't wanted to transform them on MP3.

I downloaded your files and even though they are encoded in flac a spectrogram analysis shows they're sourced from mp3. Thanks for sharing though. Nice to have them all again! smiling smiley

What are you seeing on the spectrogram? Flat tops on the high frequency stuff and/or an almost complete roll off somewhere below 22kHz? Just curious. Thx.

A clear cut-off at 16kHz with barely no information above this limit. On tracks from the retail CD you get information up to 22kHz.

Thank you very very mich Cristiano!!grinning smileythumbs up

Great to listen to those 'Beta-Mixes'. Also very compressed but especially the drums don't seem to be pushed so much to the loudness limit.

And I really like don't wanna go home! The words are very simple, what I understood so far, but should have been on the album. Much better musically than the last 4 Songs on the original album and great guitar work!
