Cowboy Junkies at Gorton Monastery in Manchester on 8th November.
First gig I have bought a ticket for in ages and the first I have been to by myself since I became disabled,even though I can get around pretty good I have to sit a lot , so normally I take my son Kristofer along for support, trouble is as he gets older he gets more critical ,he doesn't mind the Stones and was with me at the 02 in 2007,Twickenham 2003 and 2006, but he was not impressed with Dylan in 2005 or Wille Nelson later on that year, and of course it costs double every time.
So I bought a ticket for this gig as it is at a local Monetary about 2 miles away , everybody says it's a nice venue, if all goes well I might start going out by myself a bit more

Neil Diamond tonight at The Roundhouse thanks to spare ticket from Simon N. They have £25 tickets on the door each night in case anybody is thinking of going. Got in to see Elton/Leon Russell that way and the show was fantastic. No hits of glitz - just the great early singer/songwriter and gospel blues stuff from both artists. See it tonight on BBC2.

Berlin (O2 Arena):
Joe Cocker now late in November, Roger Waters and Elton John in June 2011.
