Oh, I don't know... The terror organization ETA have woken up recently, and going to Spain - especially the "basque" areas.... Well, it might be safe, but going to those areas in particular could be interpreted as support to the people who fund the ETA. And although I just love Chuck Berry, I hate terrorists even more.

Nonsense. If anything thats an unintentional slur on the decent law-abiding majority of people who live there. as someone whos lived in a part of the world thats had to deal with that crap for decades, if anything the locals are more likely to 'interpret' it as exactly the opposite and an acknowledgement that their region is 'normal'. By refusing to go there, you're effectively capitulating to the extremists - not 'supporting' them.
