I'm not familiar with that model, but the name "fat" kinda suggests that it sounds heavier. Also, I got a '52 reissue about 10 years sgo and it was wired authentically so the neck pick up sounded very bassy (by design). But it came with schematics how to change it. That was with a 3 way switch. And finally, you're not Keith, so you'll never sound completely like him.

Hahaha. Nobody can do it like Keith! I use the Tele with 6 strings, standard tuning. But...........I do have a LP Jr. that is 5 strings, tuned in open G.
