Personally I'm a little bored with Johnny Depp's alleged infatuation with Keith and the way KR has been used to publicize the seemingly never ending "Pirates" films. I think it's great that Johnny admires Keith but do you really do that to a friend? The photo is basically ludicrous.

First one was great but agreed the second one was tosh! You gotta go see the 3rd as intrigue alone would have me guess what Keith gets upto....

Pirates II was probably the worst movie I've seen in a decade. The local rag's year-end review accurately cited it as the longest 2 1/2 hours of the year.

#2 was certainly more campy than the first, but it had it's moments. Captain Jack's escape from the natives while strapped to the bamboo pole was pretty funny.

If watching marathons of MTV's Next and Parental Control makes me simple, then yes, I guess I am.

Check out the new version of Rollerball from 2002. You'll love Pirates 2 after seeing that one.

I didn't mind Pirates II. I love the pole scene, that was awesome, and the rolling ball and water wheel scene were pretty good too.

What can I say, I like pirate movies. Keira's acting in the 2nd one was just awful though, and her hair was fried! She was much prettier in the first one.

Bingo. Depp plays slide on "Fade In/Out". The demo, which was recorded at Mick's place in Mustique (Noel rented it out or something), wound up making it onto the final album. Supposedly, the toy piano intro to "Be Here Now" was recorded on one of Mick's kids' toys, too.

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

Keith doesn't look cool...he looks cooler and more like a pirate in his stage-outfit (as mentioned before). I expected him to look more like Walther Matthau in Roman Polanski's "Pirates". THAT was a cool look...especially the wooden leg. ;-)
