Book: François Bon, "Les Rolling Stones"

This book cover photo of the early RS cracks me up: can someone please post it to cheer up the place?

François Bon, "Les Rolling Stones - Une biographie", (C) 2002

BTW, I am at about a fourth only through of the "heap", but it seems to me like an excellent reading already! Can hardly put it down. Author has a litterary instead of a journalistic approach, but does not shun musical, technical matters at all.

Thnx for reminding Odd-beat, I remember reading an interview with the writer after the books publication but completely forgot about it. Him being a novelist instead of a journalist should give it an interesting perspective, I guess. Quite a volume, 1111 pages.

That's it!!

My edition from the library is the pocket book version, with that photo, on your page, of the Jones-era Stones getting off the plane, I imagine in the USA.

My reading:

Wyman, calmly and paternally handing over the passports to the "kids"...

Jagger - look at his gesture and expression - over to Wyman : "Daaad, a creepy-crawly on my hand: brush it off!!!"

Richards: "Ah, the States, at last!"

Can't find anything funny about the other two on both ends...

Thanks, Greg!
