It certainly looks simple. Looks like your standard "pine box". Maybe that's what Joe requested.
I was surprised also that they had a Catholic service for him. This artice, [
www.telegraph.co.uk], that someone posted in another thread here a few weeks ago says that he came from a "strict non-drinking Baptist family". Maybe he converted. Perhaps Eva was Catholic and he converted to marry her? I bet there's an interesting story there.
