I'm terrible with pictures, but I love my 1990 red Eric Clapton signature Strat! Was inspired to try one after seeing Pete Townshend use one in 1989. Great guitar. Also have a nice 1983 Fender black Telecaster and a metallic grey Gibson Flying V of like era....

Beautiful "TheGreek". Although I prefer/tend to end up with blondes, that is absolutely a beautiful brunette! Do I see a "Custom Shop" decal on there? Was she custom for you? Any custom "specs" you can share? I've got a "Fat Tele Deluxe" (stock) that may be some sort of "Tobacco burst" finish. The more I look at those pics of yours, the more I'm thinking of how to convince my wife that we need to add a chocolate/brunette to the family!

Oh yeah , I worked closely with Masterbuilder Paul Weller from the Custom Shop and wanted nice light (as best as we could find ) weight Rosewood (East Indian ) (just like George Harrison's which was also East Indian Rosewood) 2 piece East Indian Rosewood with a thin layer of Maple in between ,no swiss cheese aka weight relief.Solid East Indian Rosewood neck with 9.5 fretboard radius ,large 59 C shape neck with 6105 medium jumbo fretwire .Custom hand wound Texas special pickups.8.2 lbs .A truly magical guitar and a beauty .

2014 Gibson Custom Shop R9 1959 reissue The guitar that is my all time favorite 8.8lbs ,Custombuckers all stock from the Gibson Custom Shop ,that is the best guitar I have ever played thru my Marshall 2555X into my Marshall 2551 AV cab loaded with Celstion Vintage 30's speakers which gives me tone for days .The sustain is unreal out of this world good and the way this thing rings like a bell well I just could go on and on .
