After Keith was released from the slammer in 1967 having been incarcerated for a night for allowing people to smoke drugs at Redlands he asked his brief who owns the prisons.

His brief told Keith that ultimately they would be owned by the Queen. Keith then asked if she was gonna get busted as he'd smoked more quality sh*t on the inside than on the outside!
