Yes Glass 2000 SUCKED!! but nothing matched the rivalry of the 80's with Gooden, Hojo, Dykstra (UGH!), Straw, Knight (UGH!!!!!!!!!), and Carter (screaming UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!) vs Whitey, Willie, Herr, Clark, Tuder, Coleman etc etc. It was definately fun, especially when a dear friend of mine from Nutley NJ was riding my ass that the Mets were about to catch us and then Pendleton did his duty to McDowell and I just let her have it!! Damn, I've turned into my dad again harking back to old times!!! lol

Pendelton or Scioscia (the following freakin year! lol) were the most brutal sports losses I have ever experienced--worse than the Yankees in 2000 which I have blotted out like a car accident.

I like big drums. Drum shops generally don't have old stuff. To me, the second-hand stuff is part of the fun of drums. That natural kit that I use-that's an early Gretsch kit with the round logo on it.
