I have seen that Oct 31 is wide open and Madison Square Garden is " rumored". BV, how close are we to having this turn into a CONFIRMED GIG?? I will give up on trying to get Atlantic City tickets if I know the Garden is a go! The Boys always turn up the heat for New York so this would be a gem on all levels! Does anyone have a connection that has been discussing this show?

Just reading the boards, it sounds like a go. It's supposed to replace the Beacon show. I heard the announcement will be right after Giants Stadium, this week. So we'll wait and see! I have a pair for AC to trade for a pair to MSG with someone.

I have a friend who works in ticket sales for MSG... I've asked her for any inside information. If/when I hear anything, I'll post.

Chances are pretty good according to someone I know in NYC whose employer is hosting a Rolling Stones related evening on 26th October. I quote "pretty much firmed up as far as we know".

I first heard it rumoured in August and then BV added it to his list as "rumoured" last week - since he did that so relatively close to the date (and also removed all all the later rumoured shows from the list), I'd say the chances look pretty good.

So is that embarrassment at Beacon being cancelled?
And when is Turner Field in Atlanta going to be confirmed?

I'd have to bet the Beacon was cancelled but will they fill THAT date with another NYC gig?

Clinton's Beacon birthday bash on the 29th is still rumoured. A second Beacon show on the 31st is not.

this is not a guarantee... but my friend in ticket sales at msg and radio city told me that she "wouldn't be surprised if the stones make an appearance at msg in the near future"
