Did any of you from everywhere in the world have troubles with tickenet.fr to get a refund ?

Didn't had my refund yet...

I'm pissed off. If you want to buy tickets (bring them money) they are so polite, so nice, so helpfull, so easy, so quick... but if you want your refund.. then you hear absolutely nothing. It's discusting!!!

Hi JP.
I've got a problem with the refund of the SDF june 3th cancelled show ticket.
I returned the ticket in time to Ticketnet and many weeks after, my mailbox didn't saw the color of the refund check.
I phoned them twice and they told me that the check was sent for many days.

They were right.
But I received my check in august from...Belgium !
Another guy in Belgium who asked the refund received two checks in the Ticketnet enveloppe including my check !
As my address was on the document, he sent me for free to France.

If this guy read this message, many thanks to him.

For the people who have still not received the refund, maybe this is happened to your check too.

I'm afraid that this is exactly what might have happened
I bought a ticket to an Italian guy and he said he never received the refund while ticketnet claims they have refunded him via credit card

I got my check a long time ago.

Just to add that whilst Ticketmaster UK manage to make a full refund straight back to my credit card when I opted not to go to the new venue for Twickenham 1 after the shows were changed from Wembley to Twickenham (I had a better ticket for Twickenham 2) Ticketnet.fr could only make a refund after actually physically returning the tickets (tickets for a cancelled gig,so no use to anyone) for July 1st SDF gig and even then withheld the booking fee (only €11 but it's the principle)
