Someone here told me about the Archie Bronson Outfit. I waLKEd into this Record store today where I drop a bunch of cash all the time. I said to the guy that I came in here to find out about this Archie B. Outfit disc. But first "waht was this f8cking great music playing over the system in the store?" And of all things it happened to be the AB Outfit. Had to get it.
Also Charlie Sexton's "Cruel and Gentle Things", Lucinda's Deluxe "Carwheels", "Buried Alive" by the NB's, "Big Hits by Ute Lemper, "Strangers in the Night by UFO, soem Afghan Whigs, Loretta Lynn. Ordered Jarvis Cocker, Long Blondes, Rev Louis Overstreet and of course Tom Waits' "Orphans".

"...no longer shall you trudge 'cross my peaceful mind."

i joined a cd club kinda thing; $5.99 a cd, even for multidisc sets (ie-a 6 cd boxset is just $35.94), so i get one a month. (lots of groups not available, like stones and beatles). this month i chose robin trower's Bridge of Sighs remastered and with 5-6 live bonus cuts from the promo tour for it. wow!

next up, per many of your suggestions, the new NY Dolls...

Oops, almost forgot - stumbled over a fresh copy of ABB.
Heard it for the first time in over a year.
Gives me a more differentiated & scattered impression now.
Still holds high standards imho.

J.S. Bach Cello Suites by Maria Kliegel

Don't laugh most of you all probably don't listen to classical but it does make for good soothing music for reading or writing.
